IT Systems Analyst – Business Systems & Integrations Role Summary
The IT Systems Analyst is responsible for ensuring that all core business systems—Shopify, Hub Spot, Net Suite, Celigo, and Ship Station—are correctly integrated, fully optimised, and fit for purpose. This role ensures that systems meet company standards for usability, data quality, compliance, and performance. The analyst acts as the bridge between business teams and technical implementation, ensuring that workflows, integrations, and automations work seamlessly across departments.
This position plays a key role in supporting operations, eCommerce, customer experience, finance, and commercial teams by maintaining stable platform connectivity and ensuring accurate, reliable data flow.
