About the role

As a Flex Services Technician, you'll be the go-to expert installing, repairing, testing, and servicing a wide range of systems and communication technologies. You'll solve problems, keep clients running smoothly, and help build the digital infrastructure of tomorrow. Along the way, you will get to:

* Diagnosing and repairing hardware and peripheral issues using the most efficient, cost-effective solutions to minimize client downtime.

* Installing and testing hardware, ensuring everything works flawlessly and following any specialized instructions.

* Completing all required technical documentation for billing, product returns, and compliance.

* Supporting Insight's depot programs such as Hot Swap and Repair

What we're looking for

* Ability to communicate in and understand English to the extent necessary to fulfill/perform the essential job functions.

* IT-related certificate or diploma

* 2-5 years of troubleshooting or IT support experience

* Strong communication, organizational, customer service, and problem-solving skills

* A+ certification (preferred)

* Previous experience working as certified HP, Dell or Lenovo technician (preferred)
