Warehouse Associate

Key responsibilities:

• Verify contents of shipments against shipping documents, noting discrepancies or damage.
• Operate computer terminal to enter receipts and print labels.
• Pick outbound orders using RF scanners, verifying quantity and correct product.
• Select the right size boxes, pack the product, and send boxes onto the conveyor line for quality check.
• Operate computer terminal to enter handling units and verify orders, printing shipping labels.
• Accurately label boxes and send to conveyor line for metering.
• Maintain cleanliness and adhere to safety standards in the work area.

What you’ll need to succeed:

• High School education or equivalent with at least 6 months of warehouse experience.
• Knowledge of shipping, warehouse, and safety procedures; some computer experience.
• Ability to multitask; strong organization and time‑management skills.
• Capability to respond effectively to inquiries or complaints in a timely manner.
• Proficiency in using RF technology.
• Valid forklift certification would be a plus.
• Knowledge of a WMS system; SAP preferred.
• Knowledge of Fed Ex, UPS, and DHL Power Stations.
• Typing speed 25–40 wpm.
