This role is fully onsite in our Hanover Park, IL office.

Shift: 1 pm - 9:30 pm

Salary: $70,000 annual

• Provide immediate supervision, assign tasks, maintain schedules, and verify the quality of technical service delivery.
• Ensure onsite and field service personnel meet and exceed client expectations while providing day‑to‑day supervision for administrative functions.
• Coordinate personnel and processes within the operations area.
• Manage daily activities, assess the efficiency, and implement changes as necessary.
• Develop business practices to address Service Delivery needs, including efficient planning, forecasting, and resource management.
• Build and maintain relationships with all departments for effective communication and collaboration.

• Bachelor's degree from a four‑year college or university.
• 1+ years of related field service operations experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong analytical, multitasking, and time‑management skills.
