Our Machinists set up and operate CNC lathes and Mills as we partner with our customers in the development of their latest products.

Qualifications:

Candidate must have 10 years of experience, puts quality first, demonstrates attention to detail, is willing to learn and train others, and is experienced in close-tolerance machining. Operates CNC machine equipment to machine metallic and nonmetallic work pieces, inspect parts to ensure compliance to print specifications by performing the following duties:

• Read blueprint and job order for product specifications such as dimensions and tolerances.
• Observe operation of machine and verifies conformance of machined workpiece to specifications.
• Operates machines and equipment other than machine tools.
• Complete in process inspection sheets.
• Demonstrate attention to detail.
• This position will NOT supervise anyone.
• Contribute to building a positive team spirit.
• Able to read and interpret prints.
• Firm understanding of GDT.
• Experience with hard turn machining and close tolerances +.0001.
