Team Lead, Manufacturing ​/ Production

Ampac Holdings, LLC is seeking a Team Lead to oversee daily operations in our manufacturing facility. In this role, you will coordinate production schedules, assign tasks, and monitor workflow to ensure safety, quality, and on-time delivery. You will train, coach, and mentor operators, support continuous improvement initiatives, and troubleshoot issues with equipment and processes. Partnering closely with maintenance, quality, and engineering, you'll help implement best practices, reduce waste, and meet performance targets while fostering a culture of collaboration and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate daily production activities on the manufacturing floor
• Assign work, monitor performance, and ensure schedule adherence
• Maintain safety, quality, and housekeeping standards
• Train, coach, and develop production team members
• Troubleshoot basic equipment and process issues
• Collaborate with maintenance, quality, and engineering teams
• Track production metrics and report on shift performance
• Support and implement continuous improvement initiatives
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
• Promote a culture of teamwork, accountability, and operational excellence
