We are currently looking for the right Full‑Time Retail Sales Associate to join our team!

Pay: $15.50 to $18.50 per hour. We offer an easily achievable commission structure that pays you for every transaction you process. Our retail sales associates can earn up to 8% on transactions, which could average an additional $1.00 per hour on top of your hourly rate.

We are seeking entry‑level, full‑time sales associates in our pawn store locations nationwide. As a Pawnbroker / Retail Sales Associate you partner with all staff to ensure customer service on both the lending and retail sides of the business. You greet, engage, and interact with customers in a positive and professional manner to process sales, loans, and other transactions. You assist with customer inquiries and problem resolution and work with a wide variety of merchandise, including tools, electronics, firearms (in FFL locations), and more.

Pay is an hourly wage plus commissions based on productivity, with potential to earn 2–8% commission.

• Greets and interacts with all customers to develop rapport and recommend appropriate financial solutions.
• Performs non‑management open/close procedures.
• Maintains sales floor cleanliness, restocks, and displays merchandise.
• Processes sales and loan transactions in accordance with policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Handles all cash and negotiable items per established policies and procedures.
• Answers incoming calls per company standards.
• Explains legal aspects of pawn and purchase transactions to customers.
• Communicates effectively with coworkers and managers, displaying respect.
• Partners with all employees to create a positive and memorable customer experience.
• Successfully completes the assigned training.
• Other related duties as assigned.

• Willing and able to lift/carry up to 50 pounds.
• Willing and able to perform duties for extended periods of time (standing, stooping, walking, climbing, pushing, pulling, lifting).
• Ability to work with firearms and obtain firearms certification.
• May assist customers outside the building or retrieve inventory from exterior storage.
• Minimum age: 18 years old.
• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
• Strong desire to work, serve customers, be team‑oriented.
• Ability to multi‑task in a fast‑paced environment.
• Basic math proficiency.
• Cash handling experience preferred.
• Willing to work in multiple locations as business needs dictate.
• Willing to work a flexible retail schedule including weekends and holidays.
• Computer literate and able to operate POS systems and common office machines.
