The role
As our Showroom Accounts Manager in Dallas, you will be responsible for driving sales, growing the business at a city level (Dallas), lead client meetings in the showroom, as well as helping the US team meet and exceed targets across revenue and customer experience.
You’ll be a confident communicator and a natural relationship builder - comfortable engaging with walk-in customers, showroom and market events, handling technical enquiries queries, and reaching out to trade customers to invite them into the showroom.

Your responsibilities
- Proactively reach out to trade professionals to introduce Corston and invite them to visit the showroom
- Host client meetings, lunch and learns, and networking events within the showroom
- Attend all Dallas Market Center Events introducing Corston and collecting leads
- Coordinate with local relevant industry and media professionals to build the Corston network when required
- Ensure all customer details are collected within the showroom and followed up
- Build strategies to increase business within Dallas
- Ensure Corston showroom is to the highest standard - all displays are neat, tidy at all times
- Work closely with the Training Team to ensure best in class experiences and KPIs are met across service, showrooms and sales
- Build long term relationships with retail and trade customers
- Attend and build relationships with show homes such as Kips Bay

- Experience with in the home and interiors industry
- Minimum 2 years account management experience
- Excellent customer experience skills
- Excellent in-person, written and telephone skills
- Thrives in face-paced environment
- The ability to build strong relationships
- Highly task and KPI driven
