Security Representative I – W2

Location: Hanover, IL office (fully onsite)

Shift: 8am – 4:30pm

Salary: $20.50 per hour

• Monitor and review video surveillance systems to detect and investigate suspicious activity.
• Conduct inspections of teammates, visitors, and contractors upon entry and exit to uphold workplace safety and inventory integrity.
• Manage and process badge/access control systems including badge creation, permissions, audits, and exit/entry monitoring.
• Conduct risk assessments and safety walks of warehouse zones.

• High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in asset protection, loss prevention, or investigations, ideally in a warehouse or distribution environment.
• Military/law enforcement experience preferred but not required.
• Hands‑on experience with video surveillance systems, access‑control or badge systems, and alarm systems.
