** What You'll Do
** Install Techs work alongside experienced crew leaders to install windows and doors.

Responsibilities include:

* Preparing and protecting job sites
* Assisting with the removal and installation of windows and doors
* Supporting carpentry work, including shimming, flashing, insulation, caulking, and trim
* Ensuring installations are level, square, plumb, and weather-tight
* Staging materials and tools for efficient installation
* Keeping job sites clean and organized
* Working with the crew to complete installations safely and on schedule
* Representing Woodland professionally when interacting with homeowners

You will be trained on Woodland’s installation standards and methods.

** Helpful Experience (Not Required)
** Experience in any of the following transfers well:
* Construction* Carpentry
* Remodeling* Roofing or siding
* Exterior home improvement
* Window or door installation
** Physical Requirements
*** Ability to lift and carry 75+ lbs
* Ability to work on ladders and active construction sites
* Ability to bend, kneel, and move throughout the day
* Work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions
** License/Certification:
*** Driver's license (Required)
** Pay & Schedule*** $23 - $30 per hour, depending on experience
* Full-time consistent work
* Paid weekly
* Monday - Friday schedule
