Forklift Driver

Location & Shift

Fully onsite in Hanover Park, IL. Shift 9:00 am – 5:30 pm.

Insight is seeking a Forklift Driver to join our warehouse team. The role involves operating a forklift to receive, locate, and move products across the warehouse, fill customer orders accurately, and transport goods to the truck line shipping area. The driver will also perform quality control checks to ensure complete order accuracy.

• Off‑load daily shipments and stage them properly on the receiving floor.
• Accurately count and document inbound deliveries and perform proper maintenance on all forklifts.
• Pick customer orders for shipment, ensuring the correct number and type of product are picked, packed, and shipped.
• Weigh orders, inspect, and load trucks, assembling various types of merchandise for shipment.

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent education and experience.
• Minimum of 6 months of warehouse experience and 1 year with Crown stand‑up and cherry picker forklifts.
• Ability to lift 50 lb consistently.
• Knowledge of receiving, warehouse, and safety procedures and basic computer experience.
• Ability to communicate in and understand English to the extent necessary to fulfill the essential job functions.
