About the Job
We currently have 100+ trucks on the road and continue to grow. Our fleet consists of modern, fully automatic trucks (2022–2026), including:
- Freightliner (2021–2026)
- Kenworth (2025)
- Volvo (2023)
- Peterbilt (2023)
- 65–70 CPM (up to 70 cents per mile)
- 28–30% of gross
- No forced dispatch
- No driver touch freight
- Experienced dispatch team (3–7 years in the industry)

Job Summary- Contract Driver (1099, Solo)
- Refrigerated, Tanker trailer and Dry Van
- OTR
- $2,000 - $3,000 gross total weekly average pay
- 30% of load
- $0.65 - $0.7 CPM
- 3,000 - 3,500 average miles per week
- Line Haul
- No Driver Load/Unload
- 21 - 30 expected days out
- You can stay out longer if you want to
- Get 4 days of home time for every 21 days worked
- Home at least one weekend per month
- Orientation is not paid for
- Does not cover accommodation
- Drivers get their own room
- No meals are included
- Does not cover any travel expenses
- Class A license
- 2 years OTR experience
