Warehouse Associate

Location:

Hanover Park, Illinois

Shift: 9:00 am – 5:30 pm
Salary: $17 per hour

Warehouse Associate is responsible for the logistics of receiving, processing, storing, and sending inventory according to purchase orders and shipping schedules. The role requires strict adherence to company policies, procedures, and performance metrics.

• Receive and document products into SAP.
• Locate product using SAP or the client asset management system.
• Verify quantity and product accuracy.
• Collaborate with the lab team to pack products and post goods receipts for finished items.
• Maintain accurate records and reconcile withholding tax documentation.
• Meet or exceed individual and departmental metrics.

• High school education or equivalent.
• Minimum 6 months of warehouse experience.
• Knowledge of shipping, warehouse, and safety procedures.
• Basic computer proficiency.
• Strong organization and time‑management skills; ability to multitask.
• Effective, timely response to inquiries or complaints.

• Regular standing, sitting, walking, talking, hearing, and operating a computer.
• Reach, stoop, and kneel to handle material handling equipment.
• Close vision required for computer work.
• Light to moderate lifting; able to lift up to 50 lbs consistently.
• Regular, predictable attendance required.
• Operate a pallet jack and shrink‑wrapping equipment.

• Warehouse setting with moderate noise from conveyor systems.
• Safe operation around moving equipment (forklifts, conveyors).
• Ability to stand for long periods.
• Work in varying climate conditions; cold in winter months and heat in summer.
