Location: Hanover Park, IL office (fully onsite)

Position: Warehouse Associate – W2

Compensation: $18.70 per hour

Shift: 1 pm - 9:30 pm

• Ensure all incoming products are received, picked, packed, and quality checked with accuracy and efficiency.
• Verify contents of shipment compared to shipping documents, noting any discrepancies or damage.
• Operate computer terminal to enter receipts and print labels via printer.
• Pick outbound orders using RF scanners, verifying quantity and correct product.
• Select appropriate box size and pack product, sending boxes onto the conveyor line for quality check in the upper mezzanine.

• High school education or equivalent with at least 6 months of warehouse experience.
• Knowledge of shipping, warehouse, and safety procedures and some computer experience.
• Ability to multitask, with strong organization and time‑management skills.
• Ability to respond effectively to inquiries or complaints in a timely manner.
• Ability to communicate in and understand English to the extent necessary to fulfill essential job functions.
