Warehouse Associate is responsible for carrying out the logistics of receiving, processing, storing and sending inventory according to purchase orders and shipping schedules. Teammates will follow all Insight policies and procedures. Each person is accountable for meeting or exceeding individual and/or departmental metrics.

• Receiving and documenting product into SAP
• Finding locations of product using SAP or client asset management system; preparing withholding tax reconciliation and proactively addressing issues or discrepancies
• Verifying quantity and correct products
• Working with lab team to pack product and post goods receipts on finished product

• High school education or equivalent with at least 6 months of warehouse experience
• Knowledge of shipping, warehouse and safety procedures and some computer experience
• Ability to multitask with strong organization and time‑management skills
• Ability to respond effectively to inquiries or complaints within a timely fashion

• Stand, sit, walk, talk, hear, and operate a computer, telephone, keyboard; reach, stoop, and kneel to handle material handling equipment
• Close vision requirements due to computer work
• Light to moderate lifting up to 50 lbs. consistently
• Regular, predictable attendance required, including quarter‑driven hours as business demands dictate
• Operate a pallet jack and shrink‑wrapping equipment

• Moderate noise (conveyor system, etc.)
• Work safely around moving equipment such as forklifts and moving conveyors
• Stand for long periods of time
• Work in changing climate environments, i.e., cold during winter months and heat during summer months
