Receptionist​/Admin Asst

Hours 8am-4:30pm

Requirements:

• Must project a professional and personable company image.
• Should have strong computer skills.
• Excellent written/verbal communication.
• Able to keep information confidential.
• May have to participate in meetings.
• Maintain company vacation calendar.
• Work with and help support HR site requirements.
• Help support owners and executive team.
• Work with sales team and help with data entry.

Primary responsibilities include:

• Transfer data from paper formats into computer files or database systems.
• Type in data provided directly from customers.
• Create spreadsheets with large numbers of figures without mistakes.
• Verify data by comparing it to source documents.
• Update existing data.
• Retrieve data from the database or electronic files as requested.
• Perform related tasks like ordering office supplies and filing documents.
• Manage and organize records and files.
• Prepare relevant reports as needed.
• May provide backup to Shipping & Receiving and Purchasing.
• May also greet visitors, receive deliveries, screen phone calls, sort and distribute mail, and interact directly with customers.
