Job Description:

A "Product Owner - Credit Card Application" is required:

To oversee the development and management of a Corporate banking application, acting as the primary liaison between the business, development team, and the product owner to aligns with market needs, delivers a seamless user experience, and meets key business objectives by prioritizing features, defining requirements, and managing the product backlog within an agile framework.

• Prior experience as a Scrum Master in the financial services industry, specifically with corporate banking products.
• Proven track record of successfully launching and managing digital products.
• Experience with Agile development methodologies.
• Develop and manage the product backlog, prioritizing features and user stories based on business value and customer needs.
• Collaborate with stakeholders (marketing, sales, risk management) to gather and translate business requirements into clear user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Work closely with the development team to ensure a clear understanding of product priorities and sprint goals.
• Conduct backlog grooming sessions to refine user stories and prioritize features.
• Participate in sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives to monitor progress and identify areas for improvement.
• Communicate product updates and roadmap to key stakeholders, including senior management, marketing, and compliance teams.

• Proven experience in managing product development lifecycle, including backlog prioritization, agile methodologies, and user story writing.
• Basic understanding of technology systems and development processes relevant to corporate banking products applications.
• Excellent skill and experience in using/managing agile tool like JIRA.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Prior experience of working web based applications (Java angular).
