Account Manager

The Account Manager will serve as the primary point of contact with customers and is responsible for managing all aspects of customer engagement. This includes facilitation of quotes, purchase orders, order status (e.g., Lines of Balance, delivery/recovery schedules), and contractual issues. The role will also drive proposals, customer meetings, and general communications, both internal to Breeze‑Eastern and external. The Account Manager requires close collaboration with cross‑functional teams across Sales, Engineering, Operations, and Finance/back‑office to meet our customer needs.

The role requires the ability to travel to the assigned geographic region 50% or greater.

Compensation range: $100,000–$130,000 based on experience and demonstrated soft skills including initiative, continuous growth, proactive customer management, cross‑functional leadership, and readiness to grow into a Business Unit Manager role within our organization.

• Prior experience in a role that focuses on interaction with customers, purchase order processing, contract administration, logistics, order entry, and/or order book management.
• Ability to travel to the assigned geographic region 50% or greater is required.
• Strong computer skills with MS Office, databases, and knowledge of ERP systems; experience with IFS is a plus.
• A bachelor’s degree in Business or Technical Discipline is preferred.
• Knowledge of defense contracts, processes, procedures, and aviation equipment is preferred.
• Knowledge of Aerospace products, MRO, aircraft maintenance, or aircraft parts manufacturing is preferred.
