Overview

HR Business Partner (Bilingual Spanish/English) - We are seeking a hands-on HR Business Partner to support a growing, blue-collar, warehouse-based organization with a strong emphasis on full-cycle recruiting and employee relations. This role is ideal for an HR professional who thrives in an operational environment and enjoys being closely connected to the workforce.

Company Overview
  • Privately held organization with $50-70M in annual revenue
  • Approximately 170 W-2 employees and 50 temporary employees
  • Headquarters based in Florida
    , with additional support for a Colton, CA location
  • Non-union environment (preferred)
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead hands-on, full-cycle recruiting
    , filling approximately 75 positions annually across warehouse and operational roles
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for employee relations
    , including coaching, investigations, conflict resolution, and performance management
  • Support daily HR operations for a blue-collar workforce
    , fostering a positive and compliant workplace culture
  • Review and validate timecards for payroll (PEO manages benefits and payroll processing)
  • Ensure compliance with OFCCP
    , employment laws, and internal policies
  • Partner with leadership on workforce planning, retention, and HR best practices
  • Provide HR support to the Colton, CA location
    , including collaboration with a stable team of 11 full-time employees and temporary staff
  • Travel periodically to support operations in California and Florida
Qualifications
  • Bilingual in Spanish and English (required)
  • Proven experience in hands-on, full-cycle recruiting within warehouse, manufacturing, or blue-collar environments
  • Strong background in employee relations in a fast-paced, operational setting
  • Experience supporting non-union work forces preferred
  • Working knowledge of payroll timecard review and HR compliance requirements
  • Comfortable working independently in a highly visible, people-facing role
  • Willingness to travel as needed to support multiple locations
