In this role, you will provide deep Loan IQ application expertise to Core Platform Implementation teams, ensuring solution design and system implementation align with industry best practices and enterprise standards.

You will partner with business and technology stakeholders to support complex business and process analysis, lead the evaluation of solution options, and guide design decision‑making. Additionally, you will define and oversee clear acceptance criteria to ensure successful delivery, regulatory alignment, and operational readiness.

• Provide Loan IQ application expertise to Core Platform Implementation teams; ensure solution design and implementation align with industry best practices and enterprise standards.
• Partner with business and technology stakeholders to support complex business and process analysis; lead evaluation of solution options and guide design decision‑making.
• Define and oversee clear acceptance criteria to ensure successful delivery, regulatory alignment, and operational readiness.
• Design and implement robust software solutions; contribute to strategic planning and product roadmaps.
• Mentor and coach engineers to foster professional growth and knowledge sharing.
• Collaborate with business partners, product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Identify and incorporate new technologies, methodologies, and industry practices into the engineering process.

• Advanced knowledge of Finastra Loan IQ
• Understanding of Wholesale Lending products and business processes, including Financial Accounting and Risk Management (Credit or Market Risk)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Experience with Microsoft packages, including Teams, SharePoint, PowerPoint, Visio
• Knowledge of loan syndication/origination is a plus
• Experience managing requirements in Jira and documentation in Confluence
• Working knowledge of project management tools and techniques, including waterfall and agile methodologies

This role is located in our Whippany, NJ office.

Minimum Salary: $170,000

Maximum Salary: $230,000

The minimum and maximum salary/rate information above includes only base salary or base hourly rate. It does not include any other type of compensation or benefits that may be available.
