Role Overview

Describe, develop, and improve software solutions that enable business, platform, and technology capabilities for customers and colleagues. Deliver high‑quality, scalable, maintainable code, ensuring performance, secure coding practices, and effective unit testing. Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to define requirements, devise solution strategies, and integrate seamlessly with business objectives.

• Design, develop, and maintain automation solutions for provisioning, configuring, and managing infrastructure services.
• Leverage Python for custom scripting to automate repetitive tasks and integrate with various infrastructure tools and APIs.
• Utilize vRealize Automation (vRA) to develop workflows and blueprints for automated service delivery in virtualized environments.
• Implement Ansible playbooks for configuration management, orchestration, and the automation of infrastructure deployment and operational tasks.
• Collaborate with Dev Ops, cloud infrastructure, and operations teams to streamline processes and deliver efficient infrastructure‑as‑code (IaC) solutions.
• Monitor, maintain, and enhance existing automation solutions to improve performance and reliability.
• Troubleshoot automation‑related issues and provide operational support for automated infrastructure environments.
• Document processes, scripts, workflows, and infrastructure designs to ensure operational continuity and team collaboration.
• Promote a culture of code quality and knowledge sharing through code reviews and peer collaboration.
• Stay informed of industry technology trends and contribute to technology communities.
