Reliability Engineer – Markets RTB

Job Summary

Reliability Engineer – Markets RTB provides production support for business analytics activities involving equity financing. The role ensures application support for customer-facing applications including trade capture, security lending/borrowing and billing systems.

• Provide production support for business analytics activities and customer-facing applications.
• Handle escalated technical support issues and investigate problems to provide swift solutions or ad-hoc tactical fixes.
• Communicate, manage, and escalate issues and major incidents following ITIL standards.
• Lead management of business-critical real-time trading, client-facing and back-office systems, focusing on issue identification and potential problem areas.
• Log and track incidents and issues and work with appropriate parties to achieve resolution.
• Organize teams and processes around real-world market events to drive volatility in market and impact trading desk profitability.
• Provide advisory services to business and help teams for functional use cases and configuration of trading and client-facing systems.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field.
• Experience in reliability engineering, production support, or related discipline.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-resolution skills.
• Experience with ITIL incident and problem management processes.
• Ability to work across multiple time zones and collaborate with global teams.

• $150,550 – $165,605 base salary range.
