You will shape the vision for modernizing our technology landscape and lead the automation efforts using rules‑based and AI‑driven frameworks to accelerate the achievement of our business objectives.

To be successful as a VP
- Senior Technical Lead
- Liquidity, you should have:

  • Experience with strategic technology delivery and full‑stack engineering experience modernizing platforms using Java, Microservices, APIs, messaging, rules‑based, event‑driven architecture.
  • Experience building lightweight operational UIs / dashboards for intraday monitoring, exceptions, and approvals to real‑time data quality
  • Confirmed ability to drive automation to drive operational efficiency
  • Act as a change agent by leveraging GenAI tools and frameworks to accelerate our innovation agenda
  • Comfortable working with modern tech stacks Java, APIs, microservices, event‑driven architectures, React, Dev Ops tooling Git Lab, Jenkins, data models, enrichment, reconciliation feeds, lineage, and application monitoring tools such as App Dynamics, ESaas

Other highly valued skills include:

  • Considerable understanding of intraday liquidity management with the ability to translate business risk and regulatory needs into clear technical outcomes
  • Ability to embed operational risk, controls, and resilience requirements directly into product design and prioritization decisions
  • Actively monitors emerging technology trends (e.g., AI‑assisted decisioning, optimization engines)
  • Experience as practitioner of Agile based software development practices

This role is located in our Whippany, NJ office.

Minimum Salary: $170,000

Maximum Salary: $230,000

The minimum and maximum salary/rate information above includes only base salary or base hourly rate. It does not include any other type of compensation or benefits that may be available.

Purpose of the role

To lead and manage engineering teams, providing technical guidance, mentorship, and support to ensure the delivery of high‑quality software solutions, driving technical excellence, fostering a culture of innovation, and collaborating with cross‑functional teams to align technical decisions with business objectives.

Accountabilities
  • Lead engineering teams effectively, fostering a collaborative and high‑performance culture to achieve project goals and meet organizational objectives.
  • Oversee timelines, team allocation, risk management and task prioritization to ensure the successful delivery of solutions within scope, time, and budget.
  • Mentor and support team members' professional growth, conduct performance reviews, provide actionable feedback, and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Evaluation and enhancement of engineering processes, tools, and methodologies to increase efficiency, streamline workflows, and optimize team productivity.
  • Collaboration with business partners, product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions and ensure a cohesive approach to product development.
  • Enforcement of technology standards, facilitate peer reviews, and implement robust testing practices to ensure the delivery of high‑quality solutions.
