As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional patient care to our residents. Key Responsibilities- Provide high-quality patient care to our residents, including administering medications, wound care, and vital sign monitoring
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement comprehensive care plans
- Monitor and document patient progress, reporting any changes or concerns to the healthcare team
- Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Utilize strong communication skills to maintain open lines of communication with patients, families, and healthcare teams
