Batch Record Reviewer – Whippany, NJ
Staff Management Group is seeking a Batch Record Reviewer for our client in Whippany, NJ.
Schedule- 1st Shift: 7AM - 3:30PM
- $19.50 - $20 per hour
HUD (Hospital Unit Dose) QA Batch Record Reviewer responsibilities include batch record review, reconciliation, reconciliation investigations, and initial release of completed finished product lots.
Job Responsibilities- Review batch records and complete final reconciliation reports.
- Train new HUD QA Batch Record Reviewers.
- Issue new HUD packaging batch records to the appropriate Production or QA personnel.
- Ensure packaging is completed in compliance with cGMP and meets customer and Nutra‑Med specifications.
- Verify packaging was completed according to the packaging order.
- Review closed batch records for accuracy before they are provided to the customer.
- Investigate all batch record discrepancies.
- Send completed batch records and certificates to customers and address any customer inquiries promptly.
- Perform any other tasks as assigned by the Quality Director, Manager, or Supervisors.
Skills and Abilities
- Minimum high school degree with 1 to 5 years’ experience in Quality Assurance, Quality Control, or equivalent work experience.
- Demonstrated good interpersonal skills, strong communication skills and the ability to self‑start, plan, organize, document and follow through on multi‑task responsibilities.
- Minimum high school degree with 3 to 5 years’ experience in Quality Assurance, Quality Control, or equivalent work experience.
- Demonstrated good interpersonal skills, strong communication skills and the ability to self‑start, plan, organize, document and follow through on multi‑task responsibilities.
- English Language Proficiency – must be proficient in spoken and written English.
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
