Responsible for the daily operation of the gas station, including opening and closing procedures, monitoring and maintaining gas station equipment, assisting members with transactions and payments, and ensuring compliance with safety, environmental, and security standards.

• Provide exceptional member service and promptly assist members.
• Ensure safety of people, property, and environment during transactions.
• Monitor sales transactions and handle cash transactions when applicable.
• Maintain cleaning standards of restrooms and perform custodial duties as needed.
• Generate reports and perform gas station checklist procedures.
• Accurately perform opening and closing procedures.
• Monitor and maintain gas station equipment.
• Oversee fuel delivery process and perform required preparation procedures.
• Understand safety and security features of the gas station and comply with relevant standards.
• Notify management and help desk of alarms.
• Perform cash drawer procedures including deposit, verification, documentation, and control.
• Perform competitive price surveys daily and ensure posted gas prices and signage match POS.
• Follow spill bucket and spill material procedures, including immediate response and cleanup.
• Log all visitors and obtain proper e allowing entrance in the kiosk area.
• Notify corporate of non‑routine maintenance vendor visits.
• Maintain all club policies and procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned, including working in other departments.
• Maintain regular, predictable full attendance.

• Preferred: prior gas station operating experience.
• Preferred: experience operating a cash register.
• Must be able to complete all required training.
• At least 18 years of age.

Exposure to indoor and outdoor temperatures and weather; occasional lifting up to 50lbs.; long periods of sitting/standing and some bending; occasional exposure to flammable liquids and strong smells.

Estimated compensation range: $17.00–$20.40 per hour. Actual salaries will vary based on location, education, experience and qualifications.
