This is a full-time, long-term position. We are not hiring seasonal employees. You must live in or be within a reasonable driving commute to Whippany.

A rapidly growing car wash chain based in Central New Jersey is seeking a Sales Associate to drive growth and profitability at the site. We are seeking a Sales Associate who can successfully welcome guests, convert retail customers into Unlimited Wash Club members while maintaining a high degree of engagement and morale.

Sales/Customer Service Associate Requirements- Proactively manages customer engagement at the car wash
- Works directly with Senior Site Management to make strategic recommendations on process improvements
- Sets a positive example promoting teamwork
- Consistently demonstrates the ability to convey the value proposition of the Unlimited Wash Club
- Results oriented with the ability to push self and others towards success
