Job Overview
Design, develop and improve software using engineering methodologies, providing business, platform, and technology capabilities for customers and colleagues.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and deliver high‑quality software solutions using industry‑aligned programming languages, frameworks, and tools.
- Write code that is scalable, maintainable and optimized for performance.
- Collaborate cross‑functionally with product managers, designers and engineers to define requirements, devise solution strategies, and ensure seamless integration.
- Participate in code reviews and promote a culture of code quality and knowledge sharing.
- Stay informed of industry technology trends and innovations, actively contributing to the organization’s technology communities.
- Adhere to secure coding practices to mitigate vulnerabilities and protect sensitive data.
- Implement effective unit‑testing practices to ensure proper code design, readability and reliability.
- Take part in the digital colleague workplace programme, building intelligent agents and automation that improve colleague productivity.
- Strong hands‑on experience with Power Platform (Power Automate, custom connectors, Dataverse, Copilot Studio) to build scalable, production‑ready solutions.
- Comfortable designing and implementing Copilot/conversational‑agent solutions, including topics, triggers, integrations and secure data access.
- Solid understanding of Azure fundamentals: APIs, Azure Functions, authentication (Entra
ID), and integration with Power Platform. - Experience with low‑code development best practices such as solution design, environment management, and governance in enterprise environments.
- Effective collaboration with product owners, architects and business stakeholders to translate requirements into robust technical solutions.
- Integrating Power Platform solutions with enterprise systems (Service Now, Workday, Microsoft Graph) via connectors or custom APIs.
- Familiarity with advanced Copilot Studio patterns: generative‑AI orchestration, multi‑topic routing, AI‑assisted experiences.
- Understanding of ALM and Dev Ops concepts for Power Platform (solutions, environments, controlled deployments).
- Exposure to security, compliance, and data protection considerations in large, regulated organisations.
- Problem‑solving mindset and ability to learn quickly as Microsoft Copilot and AI capabilities evolve.

Location:
Whippany, NJ office.
Salary Range: $120,000 – $175,000 base. Additional compensation and benefits may be available.
