Position: DCW M365 Power Platform / Azure Developer

You’ll be part of the Digital Colleague Workplace programme, delivering solutions that operate at real enterprise scale and have immediate, measurable impact. Key Responsibilities
  • Demonstrate strong hands‑on experience with Power Platform including Power Automate flows, custom connectors, Dataverse, and Copilot Studio to build scalable, production‑ready solutions.
  • Be comfortable designing and implementing Copilot / conversational agent solutions, including topics, triggers, integrations, and secure data access.
  • Have solid understanding of Azure fundamentals, including APIs, Azure Functions, authentication (Entra ), and integrating Azure services with Power Platform.
  • Apply low‑code development best practices, including solution design, environment management, and governance considerations in enterprise environments.
  • Collaborate effectively with product owners, architects, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into robust technical solutions.
Highly Valued Skills
  • Experience integrating Power Platform solutions with enterprise systems such as Service Now, Workday, or Microsoft Graph using connectors or custom APIs.
  • Familiarity with Copilot Studio advanced patterns, such as generative AI orchestration, multi‑topic routing, and AI‑assisted experiences.
  • Understanding of ALM and Dev Ops concepts for Power Platform, including solutions, environments, and controlled deployments.
  • Exposure to security, compliance, and data protection considerations within large, regulated organizations.
  • Ample problem‑solving mindset with the ability to learn and adapt quickly as Microsoft Copilot and AI capabilities evolve.

You may be assessed on key critical skills relevant for success in the role, such as risk and controls, change and transformation, business acumen, strategic thinking, digital and technology, as well as job‑specific technical skills.

This role is located in the Whippany, NJ office.

Minimum Salary: $120,000

Maximum Salary: $175,000

The minimum and maximum salary/rate information above include only base salary or base hourly rate. It does not include any other type of compensation or benefits that may be available.

Purpose of the role

To design, develop and improve software, utilising various engineering methodologies, that provides business, platform, and technology capabilities for our customers and colleagues.

Accountabilities
  • Development and delivery of high‑quality software solutions by using industry‑aligned programming languages, frameworks, and tools. Ensuring that code is scalable, maintainable, and optimized for performance.
  • Cross‑functional collaboration with product managers, designers, and other engineers to define software requirements, devise solution strategies, and ensure seamless integration and alignment with business objectives.
  • Collaboration with peers, participation in code reviews, and promotion of a culture of code quality and knowledge sharing.
  • Stay informed of industry technology trends and innovations and actively contribute to the organization’s technology communities to foster a culture of technical excellence and growth.
  • Adherence to secure coding practices to mitigate vulnerabilities, protect sensitive data, and ensure secure software solutions.
  • Implementation of effective unit testing practices to ensure proper code design, readability, and reliability.
