Axiom Developer, AVP

Design, develop, and improve software using engineering methodologies to provide platform and technology capabilities for internal stakeholders.

• Develop and deliver high‑quality software solutions using industry‑aligned programming languages, frameworks, and tools.
• Ensure code is scalable, maintainable, and optimized for performance.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with product managers, designers, and engineers to define requirements and integrate solutions with business objectives.
• Participate in code reviews, promote code quality, and share knowledge among peers.
• Stay informed of industry technology trends and contribute to internal technology communities.
• Adhere to secure coding practices and implement effective unit testing.
• Design, develop, and tune Axiom regulatory reporting tools, including data sources, models, report objects, and XML scripting.
• Convert business requirements into technical specifications, design and develop report templates using Axiom scripts.
• Assist U.S. Federal Reserve Bank mandatory report automation, electronic submission testing, and debug report template issues.
• Establish data communication across regulatory reports, manage dependencies, and schedule jobs using Axiom action statements.
• Support hardware upgrades, OS upgrades, Oracle database development, performance tuning, and production implementation.
• Ensure compliance with organizational control processes, policies, and procedures; coordinate delivery against audit and compliance items.
• Work in a hybrid environment, with occasional telecommuting as permitted.

• Minimum salary: $160,805 per year
• Maximum salary: $175,000 per year
• Eligible for incentive award.
