• Strong proficiency in Java development, specifically in creating custom Java plug-ins for NICE Actimize
• Hands-on experience with NICE Actimize Case Management (Act One / RCM)
• Experience with Act One platform upgrades
• Experience with FinCEN filing processes (SAR / CTR / STR)
• Experience in Sanctions screening using NICE Actimize

• Design, develop, and enhance solutions within the NICE Actimize Case Management platform (Act One / RCM).
• Build, maintain, and upgrade Act One/RCM Java plug-ins, ensuring performance, scalability, and adherence to platform standards.
• Lead and support Act One upgrade initiatives across platform modules and custom configurations.
• Implement and configure Actimise solutions to support FinCEN filing requirements, including Suspicious Activity Reports (SAR), Currency Transaction Reports (CTR), and Suspicious Transaction Reports (STR).
• Build, maintain, and optimize Sanctions screening capabilities within the Actimise environment to support AML and compliance workflows.
• Develop high-quality Java applications with a solid understanding of the Java memory model.
• Write and optimize complex SQL queries and work across multiple database platforms.
• Implement cloud-native and 12-factor application patterns in distributed systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment to deliver high-quality software.
• Support CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and Dev Ops workflows.
• Work with event-streaming technologies such as Kafka to build scalable integrations.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve production issues across the full stack.

• Strong background in software engineering, demonstrated through professional experience or education.
• Hands‑on experience with NICE Actimise Case Management (Act One / RCM) development.
• Proven experience in planning and executing Act One platform upgrades.
• Direct experience developing Act One/RCM custom Java plug‑ins.
• Specialized experience in FinCEN regulatory filing implementations (SAR, CTR, STR).
• Applied experience with NICE Actimise Sanctions screening modules and compliance rule configurations.
• Proficiency in SQL and database query optimization across platforms such as Oracle, SQL Server, MongoDB, or similar.
• Knowledge of 12‑factor and cloud‑native design principles on platforms such as AWS, Azure, or PCF.
• Experience with automated testing frameworks (JUnit, TestNG, Selenium) and methodologies like TDD or BDD (Cucumber/Gherkin).
• Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Maven, Gradle, or Git Hub Actions).
• Experience using Kafka for event-driven architectures and streaming data integrations.
