Position Overview

• Locum tenens CRNA coverage across a high volume case mix with heavy OB noted
• Proficiency with spinals, blocks, and epidurals required
• Case logs required (proof of epidurals, spinals, and blocks)

Clinical Scope

• General surgery
• Orthopedics with spine heavy case mix noted
• Urology
• Ophthalmology
• OB and GYN
• ENT
• Podiatry
• Dental and pediatric dental (limited, as noted)

Required Qualifications

• Active Indiana license
• Required certifications as specified by the site
• Candidates must have at least two years of clinical experience within the past five years to qualify.

Additional Notes

• Vaccination required; religious and medical exemptions may be accepted (as noted)

Credentialing

• Credentialing timeframe noted as 60 to 90 days
