This is a full-time, on-site Automotive Technician role based in Hanover, MA. The Automotive Technician is responsible for performing routine vehicle maintenance, including oil changes, tire services, and inspections, following established safety and quality standards. Day-to-day activities include diagnosing and repairing automotive issues, working on suspension and other systems, and completing maintenance and repair services in a timely and accurate manner.

The role involves collaborating with service advisors and teammates, communicating clearly about vehicle findings, and maintaining a clean, organized workspace. The technician is expected to use appropriate tools and equipment, follow company procedures, and support a positive customer experience.

• Candidates should possess skills in Vehicle Maintenance and Maintenance & Repair to perform routine service and general automotive work.
• Candidates should possess skills in Oil Changes and basic fluid services to support efficient preventive maintenance.
• Candidates should possess skills in Automotive Repair, including diagnostics and component replacement, to address a range of mechanical issues.
• Candidates should possess skills related to Suspension systems to inspect, repair, and replace suspension components safely and accurately.
• Relevant qualifications include prior experience as an automotive technician or mechanic, familiarity with shop tools and diagnostic equipment, and a valid driver’s license.
• Additional beneficial skills include strong attention to detail, ability to follow safety protocols, effective communication, and willingness to learn and pursue ongoing technical training or certifications.
