Woodland Builders is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee residential construction projects from planning through final completion. This opportunity is ideal for a construction professional who thrives in leadership, scheduling, client communication, and delivering projects with high standards of quality.

• Manage residential construction projects from kickoff through closeout
• Coordinate schedules, subcontractors, materials, and field operations
• Oversee quality control, timelines, and jobsite progress
• Using the Jobtread project management software
• Maintain budgets, schedules, and project documentation
• Communicate with homeowners throughout active projects
• Review plans, scopes of work, selections, and change orders
• Collaborate with estimating, design, and production teams
• Solve jobsite issues proactively and keep projects moving
• Lead meetings and ensure accountability across all parties

• 5-10 years of experience required in residential construction
• 2 years of construction estimating experience
• Prior Project Manager or Superintendent experience preferred
• Preference for CSL holders
• Strong knowledge of residential construction methods and sequencing
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple active projects at once
• Experience working with subcontractors and schedules
• Valid driver s license and reliable transportation

• 2 weeks PTO
• Compensation: $75,000 to $95,000
