Client Service Supervisor

VCA Roberts Animal Hospital is looking for a Client Service Supervisor to join our Client Service Team.

We are looking for an energetic and positive person to help lead our Client Service Reps in ensuring that our clients have a positive experience each time they walk in the door.

Responsibilities:

• Lead Client Service Representatives in delivering excellent service.
• Ensure consistent positive client experience.

Qualifications:

• Experience as a Client Service Representative is a must.
• Ability to work with coworkers and create a positive working environment.
