Dental Assistant

We're a specialty prosthodontic practice that believes exceptional patient care starts with an exceptional team. Our modern, patient-focused office is designed to create a comfortable experience for patients and a positive, supportive workplace for our team.

We're currently looking for a compassionate, dependable Dental Assistant who enjoys working collaboratively and is ready to make a meaningful impact every day.

• $30-$32 per hour, based on experience

• Part-time
• Tuesday-Thursday
• 8:00 AM-4:00 PM

• Assist the doctor during prosthodontic and surgical procedures
• Prepare treatment rooms and maintain a clean, organized clinical environment
• Sterilize instruments and follow infection control protocols
• Take digital radiographs and assist with impressions and other clinical procedures
• Deliver outstanding patient care and education throughout treatment
• Support daily clinical operations while contributing to a positive team culture

• Valid Massachusetts Dental Assistant license and Infection Control certification
• At least one year of chairside dental assisting experience
• Surgical assisting experience preferred, but not required
• Strong communication skills and an excellent chairside manner
• Organized, reliable, and comfortable working in a team-oriented environment
