South Shore Technical High School seeks a full time Physical Education / Health Teacher for the  school year. The Educator will be responsible for instructing Physical Education classes at all SST grade levels as well as teaching classroom-based courses in Health & Wellness.

In addition the Physical Education/Health Teacher will undertake advisory responsibility for the incoming Freshman class.

Massachusetts educators licensed in high school level Physical Education (grades 9-12) and/or Health/Family & Consumer Sciences (all levels) are invited to apply. DESE Licensure in Physical Education is required;
Dual licensure is preferred.

• Individuals who may have direct and unmonitored contact with students of the South Shore Regional School District are required, as a pre-condition to employment, to undergo criminal background checks as provided by Massachusetts General Law Chapter 71, §38R and 603 CMR 51, et seq.
• At least 2 year(s) of relevant experience preferred.
• Master degree preferred.
