Your expertise in hair cutting and retail sales will drive both client loyalty and business growth.

• Lead and manage salon operations, including scheduling, inventory management, and maintaining a clean, sanitized environment in compliance with health standards.
• Mentor and motivate team members by providing ongoing training.
• Deliver exceptional customer service by understanding client needs, offering personalized consultations, and recommending suitable haircuts or retail products.
• Oversee the use of salon software such as Mangomint to schedule appointments, process payments, and track client preferences efficiently.
• Drive retail sales through upselling complementary products like hair care items, retail math strategies, and additional beauty services to enhance client satisfaction.
• Manage front desk responsibilities such as greeting clients, booking appointments, handling inquiries, and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere.

• Extensive knowledge of cosmetology and barbering techniques with proficiency in all haircuts.
• Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members while fostering a positive salon environment.
• Experience with salon software systems like Mangomint for appointment scheduling and client management.
• Expertise in sanitation practices to ensure a safe and hygienic space for clients and staff.
• Ability to mentor staff on hair cutting techniques, retail sales strategies, and customer service excellence.
• Familiarity with store management principles including inventory control and retail math calculations.
