• 5+ years
  of progressive restaurant leadership experience, including general manager roles in upscale casual or fine dining
• Strong background in cost control, budgeting, andP&L management
• Demonstrated success building guest loyalty through active floor presence
• Proven ability to lead, mentor, and retain high-performing teams
• Deep understanding of hospitality standards and dining room operations
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Hands-on, floor-driven leadership style

• Lead pre-shift meetings and coordinate closely with the culinary team to deliver seamless service
• Manage P&L performance, controlling costs and driving revenue growth through strategic planning
• Recruit, hire, train, and develop a hospitality team while fostering a culture of accountability and professionalism
