Processing Operators – Night Shift (7:00pm-7:00am)

Work just 15 days a month with a rotating schedule: bi‑weekly schedule – work Monday & Tuesday, off Wednesday & Thursday, work Friday, Saturday & Sunday, off Monday & Tuesday, work Wednesday & Thursday, off Friday Saturday & Sunday, then the schedule starts over.

• Start and stop stretch blow‑molding machines to produce quality, rigid‑plastic containers.
• Perform routine inspections, cleaning & lubricating and/or tightening of machine assembles.
• Conduct container inspections using test equipment, statistical quality methods & visual inspection techniques.
• Pack containers into boxes/cartons at designated production‑line speeds according to specifications & stack packed cartons to build 4‑ft. high units.
• Safely operate lift trucks to move materials.
• Serve as a responsible team member to maintain a clean, safe, and effective work environment.
• Operate stretch blow‑molding machines, pull seepage, apply SPC methodologies for initiating machine adjustments, change materials, assist in changeovers, and identify start and stop of out‑of‑spec production (held ware).
• Willing to fill in as Packaging Technician when needed to complete orders.
• Maintain and adhere to established Good Manufacturing Procedures (GMP) and Safety Quality Foods (SQF) compliance requirements.
• Adhere to Food Safety Compliance.

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Excellent attendance.
• Good housekeeping skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Knowledge of product identification and basic math skills.
• Fork‑lift experience.
• Ability to perform all duties in a safe and effective manner.
• Physical mobility including walking, sitting, bending, twisting, standing, pushing, pulling and lifting (up to 50 pounds periodically).
• Ability to work in a production environment, recognizing various sounds and alarms.
• Accuracy in completing routine paperwork.
• Experience working with automated equipment.
• Ability to operate a scanner.
• Work overtime as needed.
