Savers, an international thrift retailer, is looking to fill Retail Supervisor position(s). This multi-faceted role supports either the service side of our stores or the backroom product flow function (production).

Comprehensive onboarding and training from day one. In-house expertise! Our training department/Savers University develops and delivers robust training to every team member across our organization — from new hires to senior executives. We develop around 90% of our training internally, and partner with a variety of renowned providers to supplement our offerings.
Responsibilities• The role supports either the service side of our stores or the backroom product flow function (production).
• Successful Retail Supervisors contribute to store operations, customer service, and team collaboration to maintain store standards and drive performance.
