• Open availability of 15–20hours per week, with flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays.

• Deliver exceptional customer service, promote products, and build brand relationships.
• Actively support the management team to grow store business.
• Use Concierge and service enhancers to strengthen customer relationships.
• Manage multiple customers simultaneously, multi‑task, and handle projects.
• Keep up with fashion trends and new arrivals for product knowledge.
• Create outfits for customers and suggest items that meet their needs.
• Maximize performance through learning, direction, coaching, and feedback.
• Achieve sales and service metrics, including clienteling, appointment setting, and the Talbots Classic Awards.
• Complete operational assignments such as order filling, replenishment, recovery, etc.
