Montilio’s Baking Company is seeking a full-time Retail Store Manager to oversee operations at its Hanover, MA location. This on-site role includes managing daily store activities, supervising and training staff, ensuring top-notch customer service, and monitoring inventory levels. The Retail Store Manager will also be responsible for driving sales, implementing merchandising strategies, and ensuring compliance with company standards. Maintaining a safe, clean, and welcoming store environment will be a top priority.

• Strong management and leadership skills, including team supervision, training, and staff scheduling.
• Customer service and communication skills with a focus on creating a positive customer experience.
• Experience with inventory management, sales forecasting, and retail operations.
• Problem-solving and decision-making abilities to address daily store challenges effectively.
• Organizational and multitasking abilities to manage a bustling retail environment.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications and point-of-sale (POS) systems is preferred.
• Prior experience in retail, food service, or a related field is highly beneficial.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications or training in retail management are a plus.
