• Welcome customers with a warm greeting and provide assistance with product styles, features, and benefits
• Confidently and proactively resolve customer issues and balance several customers in a busy retail environment
• Assist with omnichannel needs to ensure a positive shopping experience
• Execute and expedite point‑of‑sale/register transactions
• Complete floor replenishment and shipment as needed
• Articulate current promotional events and the brand loyalty program, including credit, to customers
• Minimize store loss by providing exceptional customer service and maintaining a safe, clean store

  Ability to manage multiple tasks at once

• Lift up to 40 pounds as needed, including frequent bending, stooping, reaching, pushing, and pulling
• Stand or walk for extended periods of time; climb up and down a ladder as required

Compensation for this position ranges from $15.00 – $17.00 per hour based on experience and location.
