Truck Driver (Class

A) – 1st Shift Position

Deliver ownership floor products as part of Shaw Industries' private fleet of drivers.

• Drive from 5:00a.m. to complete deliveries on an 8‑hour non‑rotating shift Monday–Friday.
• Operate Class
  
  A commercial vehicle and maintain safe, professional driving habits.
• Maneuver heavy products using forklifts and pallet jacks as needed.
• Uphold company safety standards and support quarterly Driver Safety Incentive program.

• At least 24years old.
• Hold a valid Class
  
  A commercial driver’s license (CDL).
• Minimum of 2years current commercial roadway driving experience within the last 3years, or 3years within the last 5years, or 2years of applicable heavy military vehicle driving experience.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Experience operating forklifts and pallet jacks.
• Will work from and be based in Hanover,MD.

• $30.72 per hour.
