Lead maintenance of our streets, parks, facilities and equipment. In our small-town setting, this is a hands‑on leadership role that combines fieldwork, staff supervision, budgeting and community interaction.
Responsibilities- Supervision and coordination of snow and ice removal.
- Street repairs.
- Parks and grounds maintenance.
- Stormwater infrastructure.
- Vehicle, equipment, and facilities maintenance.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- 3–5 years of progressively responsible experience in public works or municipal operations.
- Valid MN Class B Commercial Driver’s License.
- Availability for on‑call work as needed.
- Ability to respond to emergency calls within 20 minutes.
- Supervisory experience.
- Class A License.
