Reporting to the Program Director for the COBRE Institute for Biomolecular Targeting (bioMT), the Dartmouth Cystic Fibrosis Research Center (DartCF), and the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation Research Development Program (CFF RDP), the Program Administrator will provide specialized project management support to the leadership and members of each complex multi-project grant and educational program.

Demonstrated excellent writing and communication skills, with a strong ability to maintain confidentiality.
* Education & Experience:
Bachelor's degree plus 3 to 5 years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
* Project Management
Skills:
Proven ability to set priorities, respond to high-pressure deadlines, and adapt to changing schedules and priorities.
* AI & Technology Integration:
Demonstrated ability or strong aptitude to integrate artificial intelligence (AI) tools and generative technologies into daily work responsibilities to optimize administrative workflows, improve productivity, and streamline project tracking.
* Knowledge Base:
Strong understanding of grant development, research administration, and compliance.
* Technical Proficiency:
Proficiency with MS Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic experience with website content management systems (CMS) and social media.
Preferred Qualifications
* Three or more years of experience with grant preparation and management.
* Three or more years of direct experience developing and managing educational or training programs.
* Proven success working with faculty members, scientific researchers, and administrative staff in support of grants and educational programming.
* Project management certification such as PMP or CAPM is highly desirable.
