Position Purpose Reporting to the Program Director for the COBRE Institute for Biomolecular Targeting (bioMT), the Dartmouth Cystic Fibrosis Research Center (DartCF), and the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation Research Development Program ( CFF RDP ), the Program Administrator will provide specialized project management support to the leadership and members of each complex multi-project grant and educational program.
Required Qualifications - Education and Yrs Exp Bachelors plus 3-5 years' experience or equivalent combination of education and experience

Ability to work highly effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team. - Communication:
Demonstrated excellent writing and communication skills, with a strong ability to maintain confidentiality. - Education & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree plus 3 to 5 years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. - Project Management
Skills:
Proven ability to set priorities, respond to high-pressure deadlines, and adapt to changing schedules and priorities. - AI & Technology Integration:
Demonstrated ability or strong aptitude to integrate artificial intelligence (AI) tools and generative technologies into daily work responsibilities to optimize administrative workflows, improve productivity, and streamline project tracking. - Knowledge Base:
Strong understanding of grant development, research administration, and compliance. - Technical Proficiency:
Proficiency with MS Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic experience with website content management systems ( CMS ) and social media.
- Three or more years of experience with grant preparation and management.
- Three or more years of direct experience developing and managing educational or training programs.
- Proven success working with faculty members, scientific researchers, and administrative staff in support of grants and educational programming.
- Project management certification such as PMP or CAPM is highly desirable.
