Description
Pay or shift range: $50,000 CAD to $60,000 CAD. The estimated range is the budgeted amount for this position. Final offers are based on various factors, including skill set, experience, location, qualifications and other job-related reasons.
Position Summary
CIMCO is looking for a Service Coordinator for its Dartmouth, NS office.
Role Responsibilities
- Coordinating service jobs between customers and mechanics with support from the Service Supervisor
- Dispatching mechanics and maintaining overall schedule
- Service contract administration and tracking
- Creating Service Orders and verification of internal controls process are met
- Answering/directing calls and visitors as required
- Coordination and communication with mechanics and management for reconciliation of payroll hours and expenses, ensuring they match what was submitted and verification of supporting documents
- Coordinating the sending/receiving of courier packages and larger deliveries
- Maintaining up to date information on vehicles, tools and inventory
- Supporting sales and service department with administrative duties
- Parts procurement from supplies
- Preparation of return material vouchers
Required Professional Knowledge, Skills & Qualifications
- Knowledge of SAP or other ERP systems is preferred
- Detail oriented
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and timelines
- Ability to work both independently and within a team setting
- Flexibility to navigate changing business demands
