Position
Purpose:
Manages programs and program delivery, events, center operations,marketing activities, and stakeholder engagement for the Tuck Center for Entrepreneurship in accordance with Tuck’s mission,strategy, and institutional priorities. Serves as a key operational and programmatic partner to the Director, ensuring the successful execution of student programs, alumni engagement initiatives,entrepreneurial ecosystem activities, and strategic centerpriorities.
The Program Manager serves as the operational and programmaticbackbone of the Center for Entrepreneurship, supporting the planning, execution, and continuous improvement of a diverse portfolio including fellowships, internships, experiential learning opportunities, events, and community engagement initiatives.
Working closely with the Director and colleagues across Tuck and Dartmouth, this role coordinates communications, logistics,stakeholder engagement, and program operations to deliver high-quality experiences that connect students with founders,investors, alumni, and the broader entrepreneurial ecosystem. Weseek an exceptionally organized professional with strong project management and communication skills who enjoys working collaboratively, balancing multiple priorities, and building productive relationships across a variety of constituencies. Theideal candidate is detail-oriented, resourceful, and motivated by creating outstanding experiences for students, alumni, faculty, and external partners.

Bachelors plus 3-5 years' experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
Required Qualifications- Skills, Knowledge and Abilities
- Bachelor’s degree and 3-5 years of relevant professional experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Demonstrated experience in program management, event planning,project management, operations, marketing, communications, orrelated professional work.
- Exceptional organizational skills and demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities simultaneously.
- Strong written, verbal, interpersonal, and presentationcommunication skills.
- Experience using technology platforms to support communications, event management, data management, marketing, and operational workflows.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with colleagues across departments and organizations.
- Strong customer service orientation and ability to anticipate and exceed stakeholder expectations.
- Ability to analyze information, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement effective solutions.
- Commitment to supporting a vibrant, culturally diverse, and inclusive learning community.
- Ability to work occasional evenings, weekends, and limitedtravel in support of programs and events.
- Experience managing student-facing programs in higher education, entrepreneurship, innovation, experiential learning, orrelated environments.
